f*ck web2
f*ck web2. there, i said it. not just parts of it: all of it. web2 turned the internet into a bloated, buggy mess. itâs not just a tech stack; itâs a mindset. one obsessed with cramming every unnecessary feature into browsers, making them slow, unsafe, and frankly unbearable.
this is the web2 legacy. itâs not just bad design or oversights: itâs a broken way of thinking. every unnecessary feature turns the browser into a frankenstein monster: harder to debug, less secure, and impossible to rebuild from scratch. web2âs complexity isnât progress: itâs a cage.
so, hereâs the deal: iâm not here to patch web2. iâm here to bury it. my energy, resources, and time are dedicated to web3 without web2. think basic html, markdown, and minimal, low/no-js approaches. a web where simplicity, security, and utility come first.
people will build web2.5 monstrosities on web3 infrastructure:fancy frontends bloated with features we didnât need in the first place. i wonât fight them, but i wonât join them, either. the web iâm building doesnât need shiny distractions. itâs about functionality over features, clarity over chaos.
if youâre tired of this mess, if youâve had enough of web2 breaking the browser and breaking the web, iâm with you. letâs build something better. a web that works. a web that doesnât implode under its own weight.
f*ck web2. letâs leave it behind and create something that doesnât suck.
